These terms apply when you shop at heraisedthedead.com, run by He Raised The Dead Co, based in Whitman, Massachusetts. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and production
Every piece is printed to order for you and fulfilled by our print partner, Printful. Your order is accepted once you receive our order confirmation email. If we can’t fulfill an order (for example, a blank is out of stock), we’ll let you know and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We collect sales tax only where the law requires it. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors, and if that affects your order we’ll contact you before it ships.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $8.99 per order, and free on orders of $150 or more. Delivery times are estimates from our print partner and carriers, not guarantees. Please double-check your address at checkout; if a package comes back because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping is at your cost.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Our Refund & Returns Policy explains what we cover (defects, misprints, damage, the wrong item and lost packages) and how to cancel an order before it goes into production. Because each piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size.
Colors and sizing
Colors can look slightly different on screen than in person, and garment measurements can vary by about an inch. Please check the size guide before you order.
Designs and content
All designs, artwork, text and images on this site belong to He Raised The Dead Co or are used with permission. Scripture is quoted word for word, and the translation is named on each design. Please don’t copy or resell our designs.
Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place your order applies to that order.
