Who we are
He Raised The Dead Co is a small, scripture-based apparel shop based in Massachusetts. Our website is heraisedthedead.com. Questions about this policy or your data: contact@raisethedeadclothing.com.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if given), and what you bought.
- Payments: handled by our payment processor, Stripe, which also powers Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Site data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, plus cookies needed for the cart and checkout. When you place an order, WooCommerce also records how you reached our site (for example the referring website or campaign link) and saves it with the order.
How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order (including returns and replacements).
- To answer your questions.
- To send you news about new drops only if you ask to be on our list. You can opt out any time.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed to run the shop:
- Printful, our print-on-demand partner, which prints and ships your order.
- Stripe, which processes your payment (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link).
- Hostinger, which hosts our website and our email. Hostinger’s email-marketing tool (Hostinger Reach) also loads a script on our pages.
- Shipping carriers, which deliver your order.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies that WooCommerce and WordPress need for your cart, checkout and account. WooCommerce’s order attribution feature uses first-party cookies to remember how you arrived (such as the referring site or campaign link) so it can be saved with your order. Stripe may set its own cookies at checkout to prevent fraud. We don’t currently use Google Analytics or advertising pixels. If we add them, we’ll update this policy and explain how to opt out.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete other personal data at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails. Email contact@raisethedeadclothing.com and we’ll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
Our shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll post the updated version here with a new date.
