Who we are

He Raised The Dead Co is a small, scripture-based apparel shop based in Massachusetts. Our website is heraisedthedead.com. Our shop sells and ships only within the United States. Questions about this policy or your data: contact@raisethedeadclothing.com.

What we collect

  • Orders: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if given), and what you bought.
  • Payments: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. At checkout Stripe powers card payments, Link, Klarna and Amazon Pay, plus Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email.
  • Site data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, plus cookies needed for the cart and checkout. When you place an order, WooCommerce also records how you reached our site (for example the referring website or campaign link) and saves it with the order.
  • Analytics and advertising data: if you allow it, information about your visit (such as pages viewed, items added to cart and purchases) collected by Google and Meta tools, described below.

How we use it

  • To make, ship and support your order (including returns and replacements).
  • To answer your questions.
  • To send you news about new drops only if you ask to be on our list. You can opt out any time.
  • To measure how our site and ads perform, and to show our ads to people who may be interested.
  • To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what’s needed to run the shop:

  • Printful, our print-on-demand partner, which prints and ships your order.
  • Stripe, which processes your payment, including Link, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you choose Klarna or Amazon Pay, they also receive the details needed to process that payment.
  • Hostinger, which hosts our website and our email. Hostinger’s email-marketing tool (Hostinger Reach) also loads a script on our pages.
  • Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center) and Meta (the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API), for analytics and advertising, as described under “Analytics and advertising” below.
  • Shipping carriers, which deliver your order.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (with Meta’s Conversions API) to measure how our site and ads perform and to show our ads to people who may be interested. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, and Meta and Google may collect information about your visit (such as pages viewed, items added to cart and purchases) and combine it with other information they have.

When you buy, we send Meta and Google a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address and phone number to match the purchase to an ad. They do not receive it in readable form from us.

Your choices: use the cookie settings link on our site to turn analytics and advertising cookies off. You can also adjust your ad settings at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences and https://adssettings.google.com, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of targeted advertising. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before these tools run.

Cookies

We use cookies that WooCommerce and WordPress need for your cart, checkout and account. WooCommerce’s order attribution feature uses first-party cookies to remember how you arrived (such as the referring site or campaign link) so it can be saved with your order. Stripe may set its own cookies at checkout to prevent fraud. Analytics and advertising cookies from Google and Meta are described above, and you can change your choice at any time through our cookie settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete other personal data at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails. Email contact@raisethedeadclothing.com and we’ll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

Our shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll post the updated version here with a new date.
